Welcome to 9ulsar. By accessing our website, commissioning work, or engaging in services with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

9ulsar provides creative services including design, brand development, tech pack creation, and mentorship. All deliverables are custom-made for each client.

2. Payments and Deliverables

•ㅤPayments are made securely through approved invoicing platforms.
•ㅤProjects begin after payment or agreed-upon deposit.
•ㅤFinal deliverables are sent upon full payment.

3. Ownership and Usage

•ㅤClients own final approved deliverables after full payment.
•ㅤ9ulsar retains rights to display completed work in portfolios, social media, or case studies unless otherwise agreed.
•ㅤDrafts, mockups, and concepts remain the property of 9ulsar.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions, defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur fees.

5. Cancellations

If a project is canceled before completion, a portion of the payment may be retained based on work already completed.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative work, materials, and concepts remain protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

9ulsar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, errors, or the use of provided materials.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
